30-Day Money Back
We want you to feel confident shopping with Forecee. If you would like to start a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@forecee.com before sending any items back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned with all original accessories and in one of the following conditions:

  • Unopened or unused:
    The item is new and unused, with original packaging and protective materials intact. Unopened or unused returns are eligible for a full refund.
  • Used but in like-new condition:
    The item has been gently used and has no scratches, stains, dents, missing parts, or damage. Used items returned in like-new condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns that are damaged, missing parts or accessories, or show signs of heavy use may be refused or subject to an additional deduction from the refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Forecee provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Return Packaging
Because some Forecee products are delicate, we strongly recommend returning items in their original protective packaging whenever possible.

  • For unopened or unused returns, original packaging and protective materials must be intact.
  • For used but like-new returns, if the original packaging is no longer available, the item must be packed carefully in a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning to protect all parts during transit.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your package during transit.

Return Inspection
All items are inspected on return. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging, or returns missing original parts or accessories, may be refused or subject to an additional deduction.

Refund Processing
All items are inspected on return. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed typically within 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
All refunds are to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
